Adapted from one of our mother’s many baked good crowd pleasers, the Magic Bar Cookie is easy to make and richly delicious. Simply melt butter in a 13×9 inch pan. Dust crumbs over butter and press in pan. Pour milk over crumbs. Cover crumb mixture with chips, coconut, and almonds; press down. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sea salt to taste. Cut in bars, serve, and watch them magically disappear. Now that’s what we call enchantingly easy!
